Job Summary

Lead and deliver end-to-end data science and ML initiatives within the AIML-ADM team, applying advanced algorithms to client data across multiple domains. You will mentor a group of data scientists, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and translate business problems into analytical solutions, from problem framing to deployment and monitoring, in a fast-paced, multi-city Indian delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand a problem statement and implement analytical solutions and techniques independently with thought-leadership.
•Lead and manage a span of Data Scientists and coordinate with stakeholders across the organization.
•Work with engineering and product teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
•Deliver AIML-based solutions across multiple domains including customer segmentation, propensity modelling, churn modelling and forecasting.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and deploy analytic solutions and insights.

Key Requirements

•5.6-11 years in core Data Science & Machine Learning projects.
•Expert level proficiency in at least one of R and Python.
•Ability to create efficient solutions to complex problems. Strong skills in data structures and ML algorithms.
•Experience of working on end-to-end data science pipeline: problem scoping, data gathering, EDA, modelling, insights, visualizations, monitoring and maintenance.
•Problem-solving: ability to break the problem into small parts and applying relevant techniques to drive required outcomes.
