Associate Director, Software Engineering

Lead and manage the testing team within IWPB Technology, defining and implementing test strategies, plans, and processes to ensure strong coverage. Plan and execute testing cycles, support both manual and automation testing (including exploratory and edge-case validation), and mentor testers. Drive adoption of automation tools and frameworks, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
