Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders, move vehicles to the stall area, and perform work as outlined on the repair order.
  • •Diagnose causes of malfunctions and complete repairs.
  • •Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts; save and tag warranty/requested parts.
  • •Examine vehicles to identify additional safety/service needs; notify service advisors when additional work or timing changes arise.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a diagnostic/heavy line technician with brand experience.
  • •Perform work per repair orders with efficiency and accuracy to dealership and factory standards.
  • •ASE certification or equivalent manufacturing training; Honda brand experience preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to pass pre-employment testing (background check, MVR, drug test).
  • •Must be authorized to work in the USA and perform duties safely in compliance with regulations.
