Build and maintain a unified marketing design system with templates, components, and guidelines, then rebuild key marketing surfaces like stepful.com and employer-facing assets. Partner closely with Product Marketing and Growth to deliver accessible, conversion-oriented B2B materials and bring print/swag production in-house as the brand scales.
