•Anticipate emerging mandates (e.g., ESG) and implement proactive reporting processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
•ACA/CPA or equivalent certification preferred
•10+ years of progressive experience in Global Controllership, Finance Transformation, or Audit leadership within a fast-paced multinational
•Proven track record in process design within Tier-1 environments (Oracle, Workday, Workiva, Vertex)
•Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus
