Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as subject-matter expert for assigned Central America countries and take full ownership of payroll processes.
  • •Process end-to-end in-house payroll: data collection, validation, calculations, approvals, payments, and statutory compliance.
  • •Manage statutory filings, tax obligations, and social security requirements across assigned countries.
  • •Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery aligned with KPIs and SLAs; handle payroll accounting and reconciliations for reporting needs.
  • •Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement through standardization and automation; manage payroll exceptions and support/mentor payroll specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of LATAM payroll experience with strong exposure to Central America.
