Job Summary

Lead customer-facing engagements to design and deploy agentic AI solutions for public sector, nonprofit, and education organizations. Define AI strategy and architecture using Salesforce’s agentic AI platform and Data Cloud, coordinate delivery timelines, manage stakeholder communication and risks, and drive adoption and expansion outcomes. Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate complex business challenges into measurable value while incorporating responsible AI governance and providing product feedback from the field.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end customer engagements across Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume, owning outcomes through deployment and ongoing value realization.
•Define customers’ Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops and architect solutions across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems with responsible AI governance.
•Manage engagement delivery timelines end-to-end, including stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
•Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers early and drive measurable value realization.
•Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and develop customer solutions using AI tools, synthesizing field insights into actionable product feedback for the roadmap.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, delivery leadership, or program management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
•Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing projects within Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
•Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
