Key Responsibilities

•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
•Evaluate customer homes on-site and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
•Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
•Provide customer-facing service while identifying upgraded solutions to deliver peace of mind.
•Follow safety analysis processes to ensure a safe workplace for customers and technicians.

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record; ability to pass post-offer background investigation and applicable licensing requirements.
•Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
•Ability to climb ladders (up to 14 feet) and work in confined spaces such as attics.
•Sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (major plus).
•Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
