Key Responsibilities

•Drive overall commercial & expansion strategies across pandamart categories and initiatives.
•Leverage market data, analysis and category insights to identify opportunities for sustainable growth of the pandamart business.
•Develop and execute optimal category strategy, pricing, promotions, range, availability, and cost prices to expand sales and margin.
•Identify and close key range and assortment gaps to ensure high quality and good value goods year-round.
•Source and build strong supplier base to negotiate terms, secure supplier advertising spend, and ensure reliable flow of goods.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or relevant
•Over 15 years of experience in merchandising / buying and category management / business management or consulting with a proven history of delivering results
•Candidate from FMCG, retail and ecommerce industry is highly desirable
•Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management (both internal and external)
•Great communication skills (both oral and written) are a must
