Job Summary

Lead multiple customer-facing technical projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet scope, budget, and timelines. Manage project RAID, staffing coordination, and budget/timeframe tracking, including project kickoff, status, and closeout content. Build foundational knowledge of Red Hat technologies to guide delivery, run customer and internal project meetings, and solve issues professionally while traveling regularly to customer sites in India.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage multiple customer-facing projects simultaneously through initiation, delivery, and completion.
•Manage project scope, customer expectations, and project risks/actions/issues/dependencies (RAID).
•Manage project budgets and timeframes and maintain up-to-date financial forecasts with supporting accounting activities as needed.
•Create project activity content such as kickoff, status, and closeout and facilitate project meetings with customers and Red Hat teams.
•Coordinate project staffing requirements with territory services managers and the Resource Management Office (RMO), and apply foundational knowledge of Red Hat technologies to guide delivery.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of project management and software delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and PMI.
•Practical experience using agile/project management tools such as Trello, Rally, Atlassian Jira, or Microsoft Project.
•3+ years of experience as a project manager or scrum master on IT or application development projects.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
•Ability to travel for on-site project activities (up to 30% per year) and a plus for project management or scrum certifications.
