Job Summary

Lead technical and financial operations for audiovisual system design integration and ongoing service delivery. Oversee internal CAD, programming, field engineering, shop, and installation activities, plus subcontracted work supporting project installs. Manage department budgets, scheduling, and resources, mentor technicians, and ensure labor stays within budget. Coordinate field testing, customer training, documentation support, and act as a client-facing liaison while traveling to project sites as required.

•Manage internal activities including CAD, programming, field engineering, shop activities, installation, and ongoing support to project sign-off.
•Manage external subcontracted activities supporting project installation work.
•Oversee the technical services department budget and recommend needs to the General Manager.
•Mentor Level I–III technicians in the absence of the Installation Manager and monitor labor expenditures vs. budget.
•Coordinate field testing and client training for integrated systems, maintain scheduling/resources, and support project documentation while serving as a customer liaison as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
•Minimum 4 years of management experience in a similar or related field.

•Understanding of construction project management applied to audiovisual projects and proficiency with AV project management practices or electro-mechanical installation techniques.
