  • •Set a high bar for agentic tooling and continually raise quality so the team prototypes faster and focuses on the right problems.
  • •Partner with Product and Design to define and execute the team roadmap using metrics and user feedback.
  • •Lead technical decision-making and architecture for scalability, reliability, and maintainability, including LLM-powered services and strong testing/observability practices.
