Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform reel, continuity, and conformance testing using industry-standard equipment such as OTDR and T-BERD.
  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair existing copper networks by locating and resolving faults to ensure service continuity.
  • •Install, configure, and enable residential and small business telecommunication services (POTS, HSI, VDSL, and networking).
  • •Connect and manage cabling, terminals, and hardware attachments on customer premises, poles, and inside facilities.
  • •Read service orders and technical drawings, coordinate line testing, document results, and interact with customers professionally while following safety protocols and regulations.

  • •Must be able to work varying shifts and hours, including possible mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays.
