Job Summary

Lead the architecture and adoption of enterprise AI agent capabilities within the DCS platform team. You’ll define platform roadmaps covering AI harness, agent orchestration, tool integration, workflow automation, RAG-based knowledge bases, evaluation, observability, and governance. Partner cross-functionally to turn high-value AI use cases into production systems, drive reliability/scalability/cost and responsible AI practices, and mentor engineers through reviews, prototypes, and implementation guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead design, development, and enterprise-wide adoption of AI agent platforms, AI harness, agent orchestration, and workflow automation capabilities.
•Define the technical architecture and roadmap, including memory, evaluation, observability, and governance for enterprise AI agents and RAG-based applications.
•Partner with product, engineering, data, security, and business teams to identify high-value AI use cases and move them from concept to production.
•Establish architecture principles, design patterns, best practices, and governance standards for AI agent and RAG development.
•Provide technical leadership on AI reliability, scalability, observability, cost optimization, privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices; mentor teams through reviews and prototypes.

Key Requirements

•BS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
•Experience with two or more: web application development, Unix/Linux, distributed and parallel systems, networking systems, or developing large software systems.
•5+ years of software development experience, preferably with Golang or Python.
•Experience driving enterprise AI adoption across multiple business units or internal product teams.
•Strong understanding of AI system tradeoffs (cost, latency, accuracy, reliability, safety, and user experience).
