  • •Define and execute Everbridge’s global production operations and reliability strategy.
  • •Lead and develop global SRE and DRE teams for platform reliability and operational engineering.
  • •Own operational excellence of the AWS and Kubernetes-based cloud platform, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and performance.
  • •Establish service reliability best practices (SLOs, error budgets, production readiness, capacity planning, observability, operational automation).
  • •Drive incident management, change governance, release management, post-incident reviews, and disaster recovery planning to improve platform stability and reduce operational risk.
