Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver an event portfolio that consistently meets or exceeds pipeline and revenue targets with clear attribution, reporting, and optimization plans.
  • •Increase the volume and quality of target accounts and qualified leads, focusing on high-intent engagement and conversion to pipeline.
  • •Create high-impact event experiences that communicate positioning and drive measurable engagement across sessions, booth traffic, meetings, and activations.
  • •Transform priority events into integrated programs (booth, content, meetings, ancillary events) with a unified narrative across the event lifecycle.
  • •Continuously improve event performance using year-over-year data, attendee feedback, competitive analysis, and conversion metrics while scaling engagement models with Sales for timely follow-up.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,300 - 165,550 annually

  • •Proven event leadership owning end-to-end strategy and execution for complex, multi-stakeholder events that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • •Strong command of event performance metrics, including setting goals, forecasting, and reporting on pipeline, lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
  • •Demonstrated ability to partner with internal stakeholders to translate business priorities into event strategies and alignment on objectives, target accounts, and follow-up plans.
  • •Experience optimizing budgets and resources with data-informed tradeoffs while maintaining or elevating attendee experience.
  • •Exceptional program management and communication skills to manage multiple concurrent events and influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
