Rig Driller (QA)

Lead and supervise drilling operations on the rig floor, managing crews, ensuring safe and efficient execution of drilling programs, maintaining equipment, and enforcing well-control and safety procedures. Responsible for monitoring drilling parameters, coordinating with maintenance, conducting safety toolbox talks, and mentoring junior drillers to uphold high HSE standards on site.
