Key Responsibilities

•Fabricate, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electrical and electro‑mechanical equipment.
•Demonstrate knowledge of electronic test equipment and use schematics/prints to identify root causes down to the component level.
•Select and order replacement components, prepare reports, and develop procedures for equipment repairs.
•Learn operation of all test machines, perform repairs to pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, electro‑mechanical, and electrical systems, and set up test stations per engineering or divisional instruction.
•Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure efficient test station operation and compliance with safety standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 114,000 annually

Key Requirements

•AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
•Knowledgeable in all types of electronic test equipment and using schematics
•Experience identifying failure root cause of equipment down to the component level
•Ability to program PLCs
•Experience with LabView or Visual Basic
