Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare client presentations and ensure portfolio materials are ready for client meetings, including custom asset allocations and performance review.
  • •Communicate with clients and Portfolio Advisors on service requests and coordinate with service partners to facilitate service changes and transactions.
  • •Process client cash requests and initiate transactions, including submitting trades for approval and handling stock/bond certificates and DTC transfers.
  • •Analyze client accounts based on investment guidelines, identify issues, rebalance portfolios with guidance, and manage investment objective letters before expiration.
  • •Manage client service team monthly compliance (REV) meeting process and ensure proper account documentation/coding and run required reports.
