Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, update, and maintain structural BIM models, drawings, layouts, details, and required graphical deliverables for design and documentation.
  • •Create and coordinate structural models and drawings for concrete and steel building systems, including foundations and typical structural elements.
  • •Prepare plans and models from engineering inputs, sketches, and comments using Revit Structure, MicroStation, and/or AutoCAD.
  • •Coordinate with architecture, MEP, geotechnical, and construction teams to ensure consistency and clash-free deliverables.
  • •Follow company and BIM standards workflows and quality control procedures to meet deliverables and agreed timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree as a drafter, BIM modeling technician, or related discipline.
  • •More than 2 years of professional experience in BIM modeling and producing drawings for building structural design and coordination.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks for structural modeling and clash detection.
  • •Strong attention to detail, with demonstrated self-checking and quality assurance of models and drawings.
  • •Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary, international project environments; strict compliance with Health & Safety, Code of Conduct, Ethics, and anti-corruption standards.
