Key Responsibilities

  • •Examine network topologies and data flows; continuously monitor SIEM events/alerts to identify malicious and anomalous activity.
  • •Perform event correlation using information from internal sources to determine situational awareness and assess attack effectiveness.
  • •Detect incidents via SIEM console, rules, reports, and dashboards; distinguish true incidents from benign activity.
  • •Report, document, and escalate confirmed or suspected incidents according to the incident management process, including history, status, and potential impact.
  • •Work 24x7 shifts, assist senior SOC analysts and specialists in investigations, and communicate necessary details to internal and external teams for timely resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years’ experience in a large-scale IT environment focusing on information security, with minimum 3 years in information and cyber security.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience with SIEM technologies.
  • •Ability to triage and analyze cybersecurity alerts and handle high-pressure, complex situations.
  • •Any cybersecurity certification is a plus.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (any area).
