Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits (offboarding) across multiple international jurisdictions, prioritizing a high-quality client and employee experience.
  • •Advise on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings for workforce reduction consults, administrative hearings, and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions) to support compliant offboarding and audits.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and contribute to process improvements and automation to enhance customer and employee experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, research complex HR issues, and communicate recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
