Key Responsibilities

•Drive opportunity qualification and lead discovery, solution strategy, and win themes for complex multi-industry pursuits.
•Create end-to-value maps and orchestrate solution pursuits across product experts, tech architects, GTM, and delivery leaders to produce compelling proposals.
•Own the technical/solution design narrative through discovery, PoVs/PoCs, solution reviews, and solution defense.
•Design end-to-end solution architecture using ServiceNow AI and workflows, defining integrated and secure platform strategies across multiple enterprise domains.
•Lead value engineering—translating pain points into value hypotheses, defending TCO/ROI, building outcome-based roadmaps, and creating ServiceNow offerings and pre-sales enablement assets.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of pre-sales consulting experience for global enterprises within the ServiceNow ecosystem (or adjacent workflow platforms).
•Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, Generative AI Controller, AI Search) and applying them to business outcomes.
•Deep understanding of cross-platform solution architecture and how to balance configuration vs. customization for performance, security, and data governance.
•Experience with value-based solutioning, including TCO/ROI and outcome-centric road mapping tied to client KPIs.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience; pre-sales certifications (CTA, CSA, CIS, and similar).
