Key Responsibilities

  • •Synthesize test vehicle objectives and own/drive the project schedule.
  • •Lead test vehicle PostSi reviews.
  • •Derive test plans including flow and equipment.
  • •Acquire test hardware and build test flows (V93K/Advantest).
  • •Debug complex hardware and software issues, build new test capabilities/methods, and analyze/publish data to support decision-makers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, computer, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Experience in a similar role focused on ATPG, BIST, and Adv Tech.
  • •Proven capability to innovate and enhance test capability.
  • •Direct experience with Advantest/V93K test systems and MCC BI Systems (HPB5).
  • •Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.
