Job Summary

Drive test innovation for AMD’s test vehicle programs, improving test quality, cost efficiency, and analytics. Collaborate across functions to deliver insights into future test and manufacturing technology, using your team’s schedule and analysis to inform next-generation product design, fabrication, and packaging adoption. Own project planning, lead PostSi reviews, derive test plans and flows, debug complex hardware/software issues, and build new test capabilities backed by published data for decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

•Synthesize test vehicle objectives and own/drive the project schedule.
•Lead test vehicle PostSi reviews.
•Derive test plans including flow and equipment.
•Acquire test hardware and build test flows (V93K/Advantest).
•Debug complex hardware and software issues, build new test capabilities/methods, and analyze/publish data to support decision-makers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: KRW 63,140,000 - 90,200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, computer, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical field.
•Experience in a similar role focused on ATPG, BIST, and Adv Tech.
•Proven capability to innovate and enhance test capability.
•Direct experience with Advantest/V93K test systems and MCC BI Systems (HPB5).
•Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.
