Sr. Research Engineer/Scientist (all levels), Efficient Models

Build and implement efficient generative and multimodal models for large-scale AI, with a focus on large model distillation and compression. Develop methods and infrastructure that transfer capabilities from foundation models into smaller, more efficient models to enable scalable training, optimization, and deployment. Work on distillation frameworks, model acceleration, and hardware-efficient inference, applying techniques such as quantization and diffusion/autoregressive efficiency improvements.
