Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent work streams and translate business objectives into a roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Run day-to-day engineering execution across OpenAI FDE and customer teams, keeping progress unblocked and sequenced while making trade-offs on scope and priority.
  • •Embed with customer teams to land production deployments, map workflows, shape tools/integrations, and lead onboarding, adoption, and change management.
  • •Partner with Product and Research to ensure platform components and research work streams land on time to support deployment goals.
  • •Codify solution patterns and evals, extracting reusable patterns and field signals to improve product and models.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
  • •Experience leading large, complex, high-stakes customer engagements, ideally involving AI.

  • •Fluency moving between system-level understanding and execution detail, mapping constraints, sketching architectures, and shipping problems to deployed systems.
