Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the design team to understand design specifications and generate test plans.
  • •Create test and characterization programs and design ATE hardware interface boards.
  • •Debug and characterize silicon on ATE, correlating results with bench data and supporting failure analysis.
  • •Analyze silicon results, perform statistical analysis for yield fallout, and optimize test time.
  • •Collaborate with production to release products to volume production and implement test strategy for new DAC/ADC products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • •3+ years of relevant test experience.
  • •ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle 364 (or equivalent such as ETS 88, Smart Scale, or EXA Scale) and on Teradyne Eagle analog ATE (iFlex, LTX, VLCT, Smart Scale, or EXA Scale).
  • •Characterization test program and hardware development, including production test program and hardware development, with strong analog test techniques.
  • •Data analysis skills using Spotfire (or equivalent based on STDF) and experience with lab equipment such as scopes, power supplies, source meters, and loads.
