Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including data centre cooling solutions and mission-critical equipment.
  • •Perform corrective and preventive maintenance for chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, cooling towers, and associated HVAC infrastructure.
  • •Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshooting, commissioning, and performance optimization for HVAC and data centre cooling systems.
  • •Lead and supervise technicians or subcontractors and coordinate work with data centre customers to schedule, update, and resolve issues.
  • •Ensure compliance with EHS standards and internal quality requirements; respond to urgent maintenance needs and support planning, documentation, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, preferably supporting data centre operations or mission-critical cooling systems.
  • •Strong technical expertise in chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, HVAC system controls, and cooling optimization.
  • •Experience engaging with data centre customers and managing expectations in a high-demand environment.
  • •Willingness to work long hours, including after-hours support when required.
