Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily teller transactions, including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, and night/mail deposits.
  • •Answer customer questions in person and by telephone and provide outstanding client service.
  • •Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities and direct customers to bankers.
  • •Handle special requests including account closures, check orders, exchanging foreign currency, providing statements/copies, referrals, and safe-deposit box procedures.
  • •Reconcile the cash drawer and comply with bank operations and security procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and participating in dual-control functions.
