Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive momentum product improvements through engineering analysis, redesign, and testing of electromechanical actuators and system hardware.
  • •Sustain product viability by proactively evaluating and redesigning hardware with obsolete components.
  • •Develop test plans, specifications, and test procedures for requalification activities; coordinate testing, advise lab personnel, and produce test reports.
  • •Support PRO Launch for Runner New Product Development (NPD) and Supplier Product Transfer initiatives.
  • •Provide technical support to operations, new product development, procurement, and customers, including responding to product inquiries and supporting FRACAS tracking and metrics development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum five (5) years of experience in an electrical engineering role.

  • •Ability to troubleshoot electronic hardware at the component level.
  • •Ability to review electrical schematics and identify replacement components and the validation required for component changes.
