Drive a premium VIP hospitality experience for guests at The Tabernacle by welcoming visitors, scanning tickets, and issuing wristbands/credentials. Provide timely information about lounges and music areas, help guests with VIP/Premium Services (including parking), and support events by coordinating with managers and venue staff. Maintain a welcoming lounge ambiance through constant observation while anticipating needs and delivering superior, tactful guest service.

Key Responsibilities

•Welcome guests as they enter the Vinyl Room, pavilion, and other premium areas.
•Scan tickets and issue wristbands/credentials as guests enter the venue.
•Serve as an information resource for guests across lounges and music areas.
•Assist with VIP/Premium Services experience across the Vinyl Room, decks, pavilion/box seats, and parking lot.
•Maintain lounge ambiance through constant observation and coordinate guest arrivals with the manager, bar staff, and server.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of high-end operations, seating procedures, and guest relations.
•Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, and organizational abilities.
•Ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact and diplomacy.
•Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
