Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage PAC engineering strategy and direction to meet PAC strategic objectives across key pillars.
  • •Create, align, and drive compliance in global PAC business processes and benchmarking knowledge management (BKM).
  • •Collaborate with global peer groups (sites, Technology Development, central teams, suppliers) to execute strategic objectives and deliver Best-in-Class performance.
  • •Prioritize and manage PAC engineering resources using metrics across key projects; drive year-on-year optimization and business process improvements.
  • •Standardize PAC equipment, monitor fab PAC performance, resolve cross-site issues, and support fab expansion, startup, technology transfer, and new PAC technology adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters/Bachelors degree in engineering or a relevant field.
  • •3-5 years of leadership-role experience with relevant working experience.
  • •Strong leadership skills in mentoring and managing team performance.
  • •Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration with internal and external groups.
