Job Summary

Drive market growth by partnering with independent distributor partners (IDPs) and retail decision makers to execute distributor engagement and retail development plans. Own weekly, period, and quarterly sales execution, identify distribution and merchandising opportunities, and support call coverage, inventory/logistics coordination, and issue resolution. Use performance and shopper data to set targets, ensure planogram/store reset compliance, support new item launches, and recruit/align IDPs to grow market share.

•Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and drive regularly to stores/warehouses in the market.
