Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removing existing gas and air conditioning equipment and preparing the space.
  • •Execute refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with care and precision.
  • •Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute installs accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
  • •Stay current on local building codes and ensure every job is compliant before wrapping.
  • •Deliver a standout customer experience and catch quality issues early, speaking up when corrections are needed.

Key Requirements
