Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a small test engineering team, developing capabilities and providing day-to-day technical direction.
  • •Mentor lab technicians and engineers on best testing practices and support personal and organizational development.
  • •Execute hands-on MV electrical tests of varying complexity, including designing and setting up test circuits and instrumentation/controls.
  • •Review standards-based test methods, develop repeatable procedures, and incorporate changes to improve quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • •Lead lab testing capability/process establishment and continuous improvement, drive safety improvements, and support compliance with IEC/ISO 17025 and A2LA certification requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 4 years’ experience in electrical testing and/or design of medium or high voltage electrical products.
  • •Preferred: Professional Engineering license.
  • •Preferred: Minimum 7 years’ experience in electrical testing and/or design of medium or high voltage electrical products.
  • •Experience developing electrical test systems and knowledge of relevant testing standards (e.g., IEEE C37/C57 or equivalent IEC).
