Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, negotiate, and interpret contracts with portfolio managers, including investment management and employment agreements, and handle onboarding/offboarding matters.
  • •Support fund formation and capital development, including launching investor-facing products, updating fund documents, preparing and reviewing side letters, and maintaining side letter logs.
  • •Negotiate placement agent agreements and assist with investor queries and communications.
  • •Help spearhead strategic transactions, private equity transactions, loan documents, and regulatory matters.
  • •Partner with stakeholders across departments and work with outside counsel and advisers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. from an accredited law school and admittance to a state bar.
  • •At least 4-6 years of experience in the investment management/funds practice area.
  • •Superior legal analytical and drafting skills.
  • •Superior organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
