Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage brand portfolio architecture across master, acquired, legacy, product, solution, partner offerings, and internal naming systems.
  • •Create frameworks and decision criteria for retaining, endorsing, migrating, consolidating, renaming, or retiring brands; identify overlap and customer confusion.
  • •Plan and coordinate acquisition brand integration and brand migration plans, including timing, messaging, milestones, risks, dependencies, and implementation needs across functions.
  • •Clarify product and solution architecture by partnering with Product and Product Marketing to define naming principles, hierarchy maps, messaging frameworks, and launch guidance.
  • •Translate brand and product architecture decisions into integrated go-to-market plans and establish governance processes, tools, and approval workflows to scale decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
  • •7+ years of experience in brand strategy/brand management/portfolio marketing/product marketing/integrated marketing/strategic marketing or brand consulting.
  • •Experience working with complex brand, product, solution, or service portfolios (brand architecture, naming strategy, positioning, messaging, portfolio strategy, product hierarchy).
  • •Experience supporting rebrands, brand migrations, acquisition integrations, product launches, portfolio simplification, or major go-to-market initiatives.
  • •Strong project management and communication skills to manage workstreams, approvals, risks, dependencies, and create executive-ready frameworks and recommendations.
