Job Summary

Lead material strategy execution for the Raytheon SMGBAD Product Line in Tucson, partnering with IPT leadership to translate customer and product requirements into supplier actions. Support recurring supplier, program, and IPT reviews, manage Risk & Opportunity and Sales plans against the Annual Operating Plan, and oversee budgets for buy parts and supply chain labor within the Estimate at Completion process. Support proposals and program start-up by developing Material Product Strategies and Plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with IPT leadership on material strategy execution.
•Communicate and translate customer and product requirements to suppliers; conduct supplier engagements related to capability, capacity, opportunity, and risk.
•Review SCM metrics and support recurring supplier, program, and IPT reviews, including visibility of procurement plans and escalation of supply chain issues.
•Develop and execute Risk & Opportunity (R&O) and Sales plans to meet Annual Operating Plan (AOP) responsibilities, proactively managing mitigation plans.
•Manage budgets for buy parts and supply chain labor in support of the Estimate at Completion (EAC) process, and support prime proposals/program start-up by developing Material Product Strategies and Plans.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
•Experience with material requirements planning (MRP) processes and project/material management.
•Experience working with MRP systems such as SAP, PRISM, and/or KINAXIS.
•U.S. citizenship is required for authorization to access information under this program/contract.
