Design and optimize manufacturing process engineering experiments for display and semiconductor technologies. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and global R&D teams while serving as a resource for junior colleagues and leading projects as needed.

•Design and run difficult process engineering experiments, collecting data and compiling reports within safety guidelines.
•Perform hardware characterization on complex systems within safety guidelines.
•Troubleshoot complex problems using root cause analysis to resolve process engineering issues.
•Generate internal and external documentation, including product materials, presentations, and technical reports.
•Interact with customers to resolve engineering issues with limited supervision and measure film properties to interpret data.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic production environment.
