  • •Lead DLP activities across completed developments, ensuring defects are managed and resolved to quality and contractual standards.
  • •Manage contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to drive rectification works, monitor performance, and ensure accountability for outstanding defects.
  • •Conduct site inspections of residential units, common areas, and building assets to investigate reported defects and determine corrective actions.
  • •Partner with project delivery, quality, and technical teams to resolve post-handover issues and support transition into operations.
  • •Engage with homeowners and residents, resolve complex or disputed defect-related concerns, and support complaint resolution through onsite assessments and stakeholder coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Valid UAE driving license and access to your own car (preferably) for regular site visits.
  • •Ability to balance technical defect resolution with customer-facing responsibilities, including managing expectations.
  • •Strong understanding of building construction, building systems, defect diagnosis, contractor management, and technical inspections.
  • •Prior experience engaging with homeowners, resolving concerns, and explaining technical issues and warranty obligations.
