Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Zip configuration (workflows, fields, validations, permissions, and company settings).
  • •Run Zip release cycles (monthly and ad hoc), assessing impact, coordinating testing, and promoting changes from sandbox to production.
  • •Administer Zip user roles and permissions to ensure proper access, segregation of tasks, and governance/security compliance.
  • •Partner with Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Finance, and Legal to translate requirements into Zip configuration changes and enhancements.
  • •Provide support for Zip requests/defects/small enhancements, maintain configuration documentation/decision logs, monitor usage and data quality, and advise improvements.
