Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based product licensing systems for the Credit and Licensing domain.
  • •Build and optimize systems for efficient, secure handling of large volumes of data.
  • •Evaluate legacy architecture and execute large-scale refactoring to consolidate modules and improve performance, maintainability, modularity, and scalability.
  • •Manage and optimize SQL databases to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance; tune queries and caching strategies for high-concurrency workloads.
  • •Mentor engineers and champion AI-native workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex) while leading troubleshooting for complex production incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of professional software engineering experience with 2+ years in a tech lead or staff engineer capacity leading initiatives and mentoring engineers.
  • •Proficiency in Go, Python, and C#, plus strong SQL database design and performance tuning skills.
  • •Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • •Strong engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit/integration, TDD), and observability (APM, distributed tracing).
  • •Passion for continuous learning, quick adaptation to new technologies, and excellent communication/collaboration.
