Job Summary

Join the LEAD program for Field Engineers and become the key technical interface between on-site teams and customers. Over about 36 months, you’ll help ensure equipment is installed, maintained, and started correctly, coordinate crews and tools, solve complex technical problems at rig sites, and support tenders with data analysis and cost estimates. You’ll also handle equipment/product logistics and learn through job shadowing to build future-ready skills.

•Coordinate with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaison with customers and shore-based Operations Managers.
•Solve complex technical problems through hands-on work at the rig site.
•Prepare, document, and manage outbound and inbound equipment and products, including to/from the well site.
•Support tenders with data analysis and cost estimates, and perform invoicing activities.
•Participate in job shadowing to develop a holistic understanding of the business.

Key Requirements

•Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or similar within the last 12 months.
•Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
•Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
•Legally entitled to work within the country of application without company sponsorship or time restriction.
•Good interpersonal skills with teamwork aptitude and the ability to guide others.
