Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into people plans, organization design, workforce planning, and team-health actions.
  • •Coach managers on expectations, candid feedback, recognition, underperformance, and building high-performing teams.
  • •Own and continuously improve the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, development, and offboarding.
  • •Lead core People programs and operating rhythms such as performance reviews, calibration, engagement/feedback mechanisms, manager enablement, and employee communications.
  • •Run People Operations infrastructure: HRIS practices, policies, compliance documentation, manager resources, and help ensure people practices remain compliant across jurisdictions.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant HRBP or people leadership experience in a high-growth, high-accountability startup environment, ideally in technology/AI/data or a fast-moving complex business.
  • •Experience building and scaling people programs across performance management, manager enablement, employee engagement, compensation/leveling, and the employee lifecycle.
  • •Strong business judgment to connect people work to company priorities, team effectiveness, and business outcomes.
  • •Comfort operating independently in ambiguity—create structure quickly without overengineering.
  • •Strong knowledge of employment-law and compliance fundamentals, with judgment on when to involve outside counsel.
