Key Responsibilities

•Provide personal financial counseling and management services directly to service members and their families.
•Assist service members in establishing a spending plan for extended absences.
•Develop and disseminate informational financial materials to service members and families.
•Coordinate, publicize and run Personal Financial Management classes/workshops across the military lifecycle (arrival, deployment, post-deployment).
•Participate in regular supervision and training, and adapt counseling approaches to DoD protocols.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 58,440 - 93,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required; combination of education and work experience may be considered
•3+ years of financial counseling experience
•Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent in English
•If required by contract, bilingual in English and Spanish
•Must have AFC, CFP, or ChFC certifications (AFC/CFP/ChFC)
