Key Responsibilities

  • •Increase revenue by achieving sales objectives in existing and new accounts.
  • •Create and manage territory and account strategies to meet price and product mix goals, including value proposition development and value-selling.
  • •Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, quotes, and information on pricing and service; demonstrate products and support best application.
  • •Conduct territory planning and development, including SWOT analysis, market/competitor understanding, and sales forecasting with monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • •Manage channel/key accounts and help secure distribution agreements; coordinate new product development and new product line launches with internal and external partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical (or equivalent); preferably a Masters in Business.
  • •5 to 8 years of techno-commercial sales experience, preferably in industrial consumables.
  • •Industry experience in automotive/tapes/electronics.
  • •Fluency in English and Tamil/Kannada, preferably Hindi.
  • •Strong ability to sell, negotiate, and close, with effective communication and adaptability.
