Substitute/Part Time Teacher

Support Montessori classrooms as an on-call Substitute Teacher for ages 0–6, providing flexible hours and hands-on support across multiple classrooms. You’ll help with routines, create a warm, engaging learning environment, and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth transitions. No formal Montessori training required—training provided during onboarding. This role offers a pathway to full-time Assistant Teacher opportunities within Guidepost Montessori.
