Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Major Hotel Construction

Serve as the day-to-day cost management interface for a major hospitality redevelopment on the Las Vegas Strip. Own estimating and cost planning across the project lifecycle, including change order negotiation, valuations, cost variances, contingency reporting, and final account support. Partner with the design team, general contractor, and owner’s PM to update cost plans at key milestones, lead negotiations, produce monthly client reporting, and mentor junior team members.
