Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Move the treasury function in-house and make it autonomous with its own processes, policies, and decisions.
  • •Execute payments according to payables timelines from marketing and product teams to close business obligations on time without manual alignment.
  • •Forecast liquidity needs and excess across individual legal entities to identify where cash is missing versus idle.
  • •Manage liquidity per entity: allocate funds, maintain working balances, and prevent cash shortfalls.
  • •Negotiate with banks for better terms (tariffs, limits, products), open payment accounts as needed, and work with corporate legal on intra-group credit agreements while resolving non-standard payment issues and identifying payment risks.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of treasury experience in FMCG, agrо, or IT.
  • •Experience opening accounts in Europe, the US, and Asia, with multi-currency structures across 5+ legal entities.
  • •Ability to handle non-standard payment situations and forecast payment risks before they become issues.
  • •Strong understanding of bank-side KYC, AML, and compliance processes, including preparation of responses and required documents.
  • •Proven experience negotiating with banks and working with intra-group financing and credit agreements, plus confident Excel and ERP work (Business Central or similar).
