Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the continued evolution of our global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), strengthening leadership capability, governance, engagement, and impact across the organization
  • •Assist in planning and executing global ERG initiatives, campaigns, events, and community-building activities
  • •Lead the development of an ERG Playbook capturing best practices, governance, tools, and resources for ongoing ERG growth
  • •Identify opportunities to enhance reach and impact of ERGs across the organization
  • •Support country HR teams in translating Gender Equality and Diversity Certification findings into actionable roadmaps addressing gaps and advancing inclusion and belonging locally (project coordination, stakeholder engagement, progress tracking)

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s student in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, Culture Studies, Organizational Development, or a related field;
  • •Currently enrolled at a Dutch university with student status for the term Aug 2026–Jan 2027 (minimum 6 months);
  • •Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into actionable outcomes;
  • •Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently (with guidance);
  • •Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
